Leadership

Tory Christensen, MLA

Tory’s experience with ecological restoration spans more than 20 years, and some of the largest and most technologically advanced projects in the region. He brings an advanced knowledge of plant and wildlife conservation needs to installation, design and project management of environmental projects. He holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture (MLA) from the University of Minnesota.
Dax "Docks" Dickson

Dax (“Docks”) Dickson started his career in commercial finance and real estate acquisition and development. As his experience in sales grew so did his interest in land acquisition and low impact development projects. In 2019 he worked on a project to develop a subdivision that he discovered the site was better suited for a wetland mitigation bank and the rest was history. The next three years he spent acquiring additional properties for compensatory mitigation development and was successful in securing 5 projects in Wisconsin and Minnesota. It was through this effort and his connections in the mitigation banking construction and permitting industry that led him to create MPI with Tory in 2022.
